An active participant is one who has been activated in FMSLio and is receiving services. Deactivated or deceased participants don't count toward your monthly total.
When you activate a participant past your plan's threshold, you'll see a confirmation showing the pro-rated overage charge for the remainder of the current billing cycle. The charge is applied to your card immediately and added to your next invoice. If you deactivate that participant later in the same cycle, you receive a pro-rated credit.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are pro-rated. Cancellations stop future charges but don't refund the current billing period.
Yes — 30-day free trial on both Starter and Pro. No credit card required to start; we'll ask for payment details before the trial ends.
Yes, we sign BAAs with all customers handling protected health information.
